In this work, a system capable of solving VRP variants with local search metaheuristics is proposed, reducing the solution time to a couple of days. To achieve this, three tools are combined. The first allows to evaluate neighbor solutions efficiently and automatically using of an Evaluation Graph, the second allows to explore neighborhoods from any strategy using a Neighborhood Tree and the third allows to generate exploration functions that combine any exploration and selection strategy. These tools were developed in three different thesis but remained as teorical works that could not be used by their own. In this work, these tools were combined in a complete and functional system.
