Abstract
In this work, a solution proposal is presented to develop two cartographic mobile applications, called Encuestador and Notificador, which allow collecting information associated with geolocatable properties and marking that the survey of said properties was done. All this from an offline cartography and initial information of the properties, provided by an external service. To develop this proposal, different tools with functionalities similar to those needed were analyzed in order to have an idea of what exists on the subject and try to gain experiences. A study of different development platforms available for managing offline maps was also carried out, taking into account their advantages and disadvantages, and thus choose the appropriate ones to meet the objective of this project. Finally, a solution proposal is obtained that covers the desired functionalities for Encuestador and Notificador, making use of Flutter as a development platform, with flutter map as a framework for offline map visualization and an Architecture of 2-Layers applied to the solution proposal as software architecture.
