This article presents an aeronautical cybersecurity maturity management framework and the software developed to implement it in an air navigation service provider. In their annual planning, they must determine which requirements to prioritize in order to achieve the desired levels of maturity in aviation cybersecurity. Considering that said framework proposes 600 requirements and 120 cybersecurity capabilities, the expert criteria of 9 Aeronautical Cybersecurity Specialists were surveyed using the software based on the period, the Stage, the Availability of Resources, the Complexity of the Task, the Competences to carry them out and the Implementation time. Obtaining a set to which an overcoming algorithm based on fuzzy logic was applied that takes into account the possible imprecision of the judgments of the experts in the different criteria. The algorithm implemented in the software solution, the support tools for aeronautical cybersecurity management that it presents, and the cybersecurity results obtained from its application in 2021 and 2023 are presented.
