The socialist property of all the people is defined as that which is represented by the State in favor and benefit of the people; it covers all the goods and means of production that are coined indistinctly under the category of fundamentals; This defines the essence and dynamics of the country's economic Constitution, in addition to all the characteristics of Socialism as a period of transition. After the constitutional text approved in 2019 and the multidimensional crisis caused by Covid-19, ingenious alternatives that are not at all schematic are formulated aimed at restoring stability and progress in the country.
