This paper will look at a dimension of the legacy of Malcolm X not often mentioned in international circles: His incredible transcendent persona who then became a ‘model’ for personal human transformation in spite of once being trapped by the genocidally dangerous conditions and ‘lumpen’ violence. This paper will also seek to establish that his emergence as the tremendous beacon of international human solidarity that he ultimately became should be appreciated with his personally transformation honoring the working class of his nationally and racially oppressed people with his organizing. It also seeks to appreciate that he demonstrated that transcendence as a fearless tireless organizer in the face of a retrograde tendency or period in the larger political landscape and his current resurgence comes in a similar retrograde moment in the American political landscape. Finally, it will also examine shared geopolitical spaces with Cuba’s champions of anti colonial independence Jose Marti and the anti imperialist and socialist international human solidarity of Fidel Castro and Ernesto ‘Che’ Guevara...
