Starting from the concrete example of the OPERAS Research Infrastructure, dedicated to Open Scholarly Communication in the field of Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH), this presentation will highlight how this infrastructure supports Open Science implementation in Europe and abroad through different services and concrete actions. A first part of the talk will be dedicated to present the research infrastructure and especially three of its services that are related to Open Science: the future capacity centre for Open Access Diamond publishers, the Citizen Science platform VERA and the GoTriple discovery service. The presentation of these services will be associated with the Open Science funding program in Europe to give a better overview of its functioning. The discovery service, which is the most mature, will be presented in detail in a second part of this presentation. Indeed, it is the one that can quickly build concrete collaborations with Cuban researchers. The GoTriple platform is a discovery service for researchers that facilitate the discovery of SSH resources (data and publications, researchers’ profiles and research project) in 11 languages. Collaboration and discovery in and among the SSH are often hindered by language barriers, disciplinary fragmentation and the sheer mass of tools. The discovery service GoTriple aims to change that by providing a single, multilingual and multidisciplinary access point for SSH research. At its core, the platform seeks to work as the European hub for people affiliated with SSH research.
