Biochemistry and Molecular Biology are closely connected sciences that approach biological phenomena from a molecular perspective. Molecular Genetics links the mechanisms of DNA conservation and variation, with drug targets of different diseases, with the improvement in agriculture.Bioinformatics allows the integration and application of information technology to solve biological problems in fields such as genomics and systems biology. Skills are developed to access, extract and analyze information from the large amount of data created by these technologies.The molecular approach of the Nutritional Biochemistry allows to identify the processes that occur in living organisms related to food safety and sovereignty.
